I can’t say enough good things about Fix N Go. My AC compressor started failing again after another shop had “fixed” it, and I was honestly dreading dealing with car stuff again. These guys were the opposite of stressful. They were kind, quick, and upfront about everything. I really appreciated that they took the time and care to show and explain to me exactly what was going on. They worked with me on pricing and even rushed the process to ensure I had my car back in a single day. This is the type of experience that really makes you thankful for people who put passion into the work they do. From the staff in the lobby, to the staff in the garage and the owner, everyone here was pleasant, helpful, and created a great experience for a tough situation. ❤️

From the second I called the business and spoke to someone on the phone they had my back. I spoke to two different people over the weekend I was getting repairs and both were informative, helpful and kind to my predicament. Offering quick, honest and efficient service to get my car back on the road. Answered all my questions about different parts and repairs and kept me in the loop. Would recommend to anyone. In a place with as many mechanics as the dfw area choose this one, you wont be dissapointed.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! I spoke with Sam over the phone and he was so kind, listened to what my concerns were and put me at ease. I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back in two days! Without having to ask, I would get a text in the morning giving me an update so I didn’t have to worry or wonder what was happening. Him and his team did incredible and it drives better than when I purchased it. I appreciate the transparency, the honesty and having things explained so I could fully understand what was needed. You CANNOT argue about prices because they’re more than fair and the quality of work is top tier! Finding a facility these days that doesn’t try to price gouge you or pressure you into things is so rare these days! As an auto adjuster myself who interacts with repair shops on a daily for the last 10 years, I truly mean it when I say that Fix N Go and their team is absolutely #1 and puts the standard bar above all the rest. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair facility in any state. Thank you for everything!!!
